I’m really impressed with the care my daughter has been receiving at ALAI. I was very anxious in the beginning, but Sam and her team have been nothing short of amazing. Communication is clear and transparent, and I truly feel that my child is safe and well cared for. The parent meetings are open and supportive, and I appreciate how they listen to any concerns. I highly recommend ALAI to any family with a child on the spectrum.
This clinic does not put the patient first. They will have you running in circles. The doctors do not work there long. Which is sad due to the fact this is a mental health clinic. They are careless about your mental health conditions. They do not care about billing you properly and your health care insurance. The inconsistency is unreal:( They give out two week supply of medication without refills. Then you have to beg your doctor to write you another script for 2 more weeks. It’s sad! Find you another Health Care Clinic !
This place is awesome . They are very patient, and convient. .Mr Christopher Titus is very professional and will get you seen as soon as possible and will handle any of your concerns . Dr Rosetta Spivey is very understanding and patient with you and is very concerned, and resourceful .The receptionist is very helpful at all times . I recommend this place because it is helping me to transform and overcome my past and present traumas and I am dealing with things more better . Thank you
