This online bank is AWEFUL. I attempted to use Zelle to to send money to soe friends. They stopped my transactions and restricted my account. I had to spend 3 hours with the fraud department answered questions like a criminal, even though its my money, They shutdown my online account the following day after the fraud department informed me there was no fraud. A bank that you can't make payments to without using a third-party processor for some reason.
Customer service has 0 brain cells. I bought a company van, it’s our second through Ally bank. Somewhere in the paperwork either the dealership or Ally put my second van under the wrong FEIN. The first lady on the phone recognized this, could see the issue, and transferred me to customer service so I can just set up autopay on the portal. Then she transferred me to an Indian call center.
