Do NOT give this ‘bank’ any of your money to deposit! They have proven to me that you may never get it back due to ‘account restriction’ (?). Wouldn’t believe it myself but true.
Absolutely godawful "Financial Institution" said it would take up to 5 business days to deposit my Check, and as soon as they deposit it, they question the validity, put my account on hold. Called them to take it off hold, they said it's good to go. Tried to make another purchase, they locked it and have put me through hoop after hoop after hoop and given me the runaround with multiple "brief holds" with different departments. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I WENT FROM PREQUALIFIED TO PRE APPROVED TO “APPROVED …I wanted to refi my car, they sent me an email with the offer they approved me for, I sent in all my private documents and everything they asked for all week. They accepted all my info even asked for additional proof of residency. I sent in my husband and I DL S.S cards, title, registration EVERYTHING!! I reported them to the CFPB. They have an overdraft program and closed my account over $25 that was quickly replenished. I’m disabled and have been in the hospital multiple times. I was not given a notice. The only notice I was given states my account is active and can now make withdrawals. This is a UDAAP
