Worst leasing company I have ever worked with. I’ve been to multiple dealerships and as I soon as I mention I financed through Ally, it’s an immediate shut down. Ally makes it impossible for dealers to buy out the lease. Even when the lease is up I was told I need to return the vehicle to the dealership, which will in turn cause me to pay for the mileage I’ve gone over, plus a disposition fee and sales tax. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
Whatever you do, run, don't walk away from financing with Ally! The absolute worst customer service! If I could rate ZERO STARS, I would. They will take a payoff from your insurance for a total loss AND take your payment as well. But, you have to wait and wait for funds to be refunded. Over 60+ days!! And still waiting! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Ally at all cost!
Horrible bank! Would not waive BS fee called a disposition fee. This fee is implemented when you do not choose Ally for your next car lease. The problem, the dealership chooses, not you. I explained my husband was dying and could not address this during his illness, he passed away and they still refused to waive the fee! They had the nerve to tell me to be more professional when speaking to me.....heartless. I will go out of my way to ensure as many people as possible are aware of how bad this bank is....as often as possible... read more
