Froze my account with no prior warning making it so I had zero access to any funds leaving me stranded.
There hidden charges for my car loan, which they never tell me before . After I pay my final installment my account was closed. After month later I return my lease , all of a sudden my account re-opened and impose a charge of $429 gave me a ridiculous reason of “lease return fee and there taxes” how funny. I will never bank with them.
Attempted to make the switch to ally & now regret it. I set up my accounts & switched my direct deposit 2 weeks ago & have yet to be able to get them to ship my debit cards. I spoke to 2 representatives last week who assured me they were already shipped & then spoke to one today who says they "might" ship Monday. I will definitely be staying with my current bank.

So, this company is full of incompetent and misleading people. My Dad passed away on Christmas Eve in 2025 who was on the loan with me and I mailed them his death certificate and they originally said they received it, so earlier ti's yr I found out that my cancer metastisied and am going through chemo, so I contacted Ally asking to refinance and they told me there was a deposit due.
