The only work I have left is HORRIBLE! I have spent over 20 hrs trying to correct Ally mistakes to no avail. I don’t know what has happened to them. They used to be good/great but now they are nothing but worthlessly annoying!!
This bank is so stupid. They sent me a letter stating they turned my loan down. And I really didn’t even apply for a used car loan and my credit score is 830. I feel sorry for the people I have to bank with them.
They are not an ally. I called in for a payoff quote since their app/website can't give you one. Amount was higher than the outstanding balance, but you can't pay more than the outstanding balance. Stop telling people that they owe 3 cents, after paying all you are allowed multiple times, and make your tech team fix or pay these.
