Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff!
Haman and his team did an amazing job in our new build. They were very competitive on price and were outstanding on build quality.
Quote was done promptly, communication was very good and the quality of the job was excellent. We expected 3-5 weeks for our railing and it was ready in a week and installed at a time to suit us. Sturdy and fits well. Thank you.
I contacted Allwood Stairs on 22/1/25 to organise a quote for a small job in Newcastle. The lady I spoke to sounded disinterested and advised she would let Kevin, the Newcastle rep, know and he would contact me in a week. It’s now over 3 weeks later and I’m yet to hear back from anyone at Allwood Stairs. As I didn’t hear back in the advised time frame, I contacted another company- they responded to my call, quoted, and completed the work to a high standard all while I wait to hear back from Allwood Stairs.
Allwood Stairs provided a competitive quote and Kevin took the time to understand what we wanted. We proceeded with the quote and Graham who completed the installation did a terrific job and delivered a quality outcome . I would have no hesitation in recommending him for the install and the Company for a competitive quote. Ed Fredson
