I contacted Allwood Stairs on 22/1/25 to organise a quote for a small job in Newcastle. The lady I spoke to sounded disinterested and advised she would let Kevin, the Newcastle rep, know and he would contact me in a week. It’s now over 3 weeks later and I’m yet to hear back from anyone at Allwood Stairs. As I didn’t hear back in the advised time frame, I contacted another company- they responded to my call, quoted, and completed the work to a high standard all while I wait to hear back from Allwood Stairs.
Allwood Stairs provided a competitive quote and Kevin took the time to understand what we wanted. We proceeded with the quote and Graham who completed the installation did a terrific job and delivered a quality outcome .
