Technicians pressure washing sidewalks (great job) yet lead technician smoking and throwing cigarette butts in parking area that work vehicle inefficiently straddles over three spaces (broken process). His reasoning is that the vehicle is too long (which is not) in a critical area for availability when dropping off kids to Jump Gymnastics and The Hive. The process needs coaching and improvement.
Noisy gasoline motor all Sunday to powerwash section of sidewalk. ALL SUNDAY!
