Well its been 3 months and no word from them. Their mechanic put too much transmission fluid in and did not put torque converter in right. Now they will not stand behind their work like they say they do. I have been lied to from the first time I called them after the transmission went out . they have me blocked on their website and phone so I can't get back to them. So much for saying they stand behind their work...
I guess I am not the only one to get burnt by this place. After finding out they put in too much transmission fluid, they could not even put the torque converter in right and burnt out the pump. tranny had less than 20,000 miles on it. they will not even call me back to take care of the problem. So much for standing behind their work like they say...
Back again , Still must be afraid to call. Went up to get truck and looked at torque converter again. Looks like a after market knock- off, Imput shaft is burnt and scared from seal and bearing. Must have used imported parts along with converter that are junk. They did not even see if the parts fit on the shaft. So much for good work, must be a bunch of rip-offs
After removing transmission not only did they over fill transmission they also didn't put the torque converter in right. They jammed it in and pushed the seal into the pump burning it out. now they won't stand behind their work like they say they do. What a joke. they have me blocked on their site so I can't give any truthful reviews...
Went back up to remove transmission, found bolts broken, lines not put back in place. Found out their mechanic put in torque converter wrong, jammed it in and pushed the seal and bearing into the pump. which burnt it out along with the 3 qts. of transmission fluid they overfilled. they did not even clean the transmission case. After everything they broke from battery, starter plus parts not installed that I paid for and now this. They say they stand behind their work?? what a LIE...
Would like to know when Shane is going to call me to get this settled. Went up to check on truck and there is no so-called larger transmission cooler . So I got charged for things that are not there.
When my transmission went out, I called and talked to their tow truck driver. He said MOE would be back following Tues., Big lie MOE was gone since last spring according to a different reviewer. Also find out they charged me for 2 transmission lines for a cooler that is not there. another big rip-off. They won't call because I am right and they don't want to give me my money back.
