WOW! How long does it take to call me back when I have provided to you my contract with balance on it? What are you trying to figure or deceitfully make up? How does me owing, based on the contract, a balance of $300 upon the delivery of my furniture worth over $20,000, I am sure, turn into over $1100? This becomes a legal matter after today!!!! Unfortunately, I cannot rate them less than one star.
My move took SEVEN hours - of course they charge by the hour. For a good chunk of that time, one of the two movers was absent. Before I moved, my clothes dryer worked just fine. After the move, it was broken. When I contacted the company, they took no responsibility.
Horrible, horrible experience....The move from hell! We moved from Santa Fe to NYC and some of our items did not arrive until 3 months later and we damaged beyond belief. It was only supposed to take a week to 10 days. The remainder of our items were stolen and never showed up. There were boxes that were not ours but made to look like they were with similar writing. We got at least 5 boxes of items that did not even belong to us and we refused them...who knew if they made it back to the original owners. We filed a police rep... read more
Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They manipulate people into thinking they will be fast, efficient, and accommodating, but that was far from the case. The communication between the dispatcher and the drivers are horrendous. We were told they would be there on Tuesday between 10-12, then got a call that they would be there later that evening between 4-6. Soon after, we got a call they got held up, but would be there first thing in the morning around 8-10. The movers finally showed up at 6 o'clock Wed... read more
I wish I could give them a 0. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! They broke all of my stuff, almost $7000 in damage, and would only pay me $160 due to loop holes in their contracts. It's been a year and I am still waiting on my $160 check.
