Roger arrived right on schedule and was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained the carpet cleaning process before getting started and did an amazing job! My carpets had some tough stains from my puppy, but now they look fresh and spotless, with no lingering smells or marks. Theodore and his team did an amazing job cleaning our carpets here in Mt Pleasant.
