What a waste of time dealing with this company. I asked for shipping detail to NZ, lots of back and forth but no out come. Then my partner contacted them and was offered delivery with other wakaa to NZ.We paid a deposit for a double waka When they couldn't do ship with a bulk NZ order, and couldn't find a different delivery method We asked for a refund.. Then they keeped $500 for admin fees, for there failure
Fantastic products (purchased a RS600 surf ski) and great customer service.
