Never received the product I paid for. I WAS ONLY given one Cytopoint injection when I paid for two .
I read the negative reviews before ordering, but thought I'd chance it. What a disaster. My first order with them went relatively smoothly, so my guard was down. On August 3 I tried to place an order for a refill, but their web site was generating errors with all credit cards. I emailed them for help (no one ever answers the phone... it's just VM). Absolutely horrible. on november 7,I ordered Advantage 11 for an extra large dog. When it didnt arrive by the l7th, I called to find out that it was "our of stock" and just mailed. l It is now the 23rd and still no shipment. I am thoroughly disgusted. I have people coming for thanksgiving and now have fleas on my dogs. The fact that I was not told it was out of stock is one thing, but to have to wait an additional week is wrong.
I ordered my dog's flea medication from AllVetMed and everything went quite pleasantly. It was easy to order, delivered a day earlier then estimated, and was overall inexpensive. I'll definitely order from them again.
