So far, everything has been good. Its expensive rent, and the "furnished" option is alright. The items they provide are worn, and the bed is sub-par at best. You'll need to invest in a topper to get any sleep at all. Not everything is as advertised either. Rampant theft is a problem here, and it doesn't appear to be a concern for the company. Pricey but I'm very happy with my unit, really like my neighbors (in all five buildings), and the amenities are great. Maria is an amazing resident manager -- very quick to respond and resolve, and very friendly. Yeans in the Admin office is super helpful. I'm very glad to be here.
Generally my nearly 4 years living in D building was a good experience. My issue was the traffic noise from the Queensway (417). Our resident manager Maria was amazing and responded quickly and efficiently to requests for assistance. I relocated primarily for more living space and less traffic noise.
Good location and very good apartment size. All in all I had good experience
