Today I visited this spa for a facial and was blown away by the entire experience. The spa’s atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and luxurious. Ashlee did my facial and she was phenomenal. She took the time to ask about my skin concerns before customizing the facial. My skin was glowing afterward. The amenities were also great, I used the hot tub, sauna, and relaxation room— and all of these areas were clean and inviting. I will definitely be back, 100% recommend this place.

I went for an 80 minute massage. Massuese asked me and confirmed deep tissue and when I booked I had asked for foot reflexology as well. I received very light pressure and no foot reflexology. For a $250 massage I feel Ike there should have been a little more care and attention. I also don't like that they do an auto gratuity of 20%, when that should be based on the quality of the massage.

Staff and services are 5 stars, hands down. They are very qualified, courteous, and lovely people. It’s the country club’s poignant neglect that holds the spa back. The spa doesn’t offer golf (nor do the restaurants) so we club members just make do. At the spa, there are no pitchers of fresh lemon or cucumber water, cocktails, or wine except what comes in a can. Very unprofessional. Called several times to book an appointment prior to my stay, no one answered the call. Called with the front desk phone upon arrival, left a voicemail, no one responded or called back. I called the morning of, no one answered, then I walked over to have a 20minutes session only to be told they were booked the entire day and supposedly had a problem with IT. Unacceptable, extremely disappointed in the service.
