I ordered curtains and shades. I have been waiting to finish my order for 3 months already. It is still not done.
They are the best!! Unique and Cheap!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!MY CAT WOULD MAKE BETTER JOB . No quality, cannot even imagine, that somebody would call this piece of rug a window treatment. You should be ashamed of yourself to call yourself a professional service. Cheap Alibaba supply, no taste, no quality. Big costly fuss with nightmare result. Stay away , not worth time, money and end result just huge disappointment.
They did the shades in my home. Everything was functional, but not perfect after the first visit. It was closer after the second visit, but still required a third visit, then, after that it was perfect. Moral of the story: bespoke work usually requires some fine tuning and they were receptive, helpful and happy to get to my (high) standards. Took some time but I'm always happy to work with people that take their time to get things right.
What a great experience I had with Alluring Window! They were professional, courteous and did excellent work in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again. I love my windows. Yakir was excellent!
