I found this practice to be unresponsive and limited in scope. Medical concerns that did not fall under their weight-loss or addiction medicine services were not adequately addressed. I was told a doctor would address my negative lab reports (that they ordered), with me and they scheduled 3 different telehealth appointments and they did not keep them, or follow-up with me after knowing that I was greatly concerned about findings.
