The hairdresser was lovely and did a great job but the person on the front desk was quite rude originally quoted $100 for gloss and $60 for blow dry I told the hair dresser I didn't need a blow dry and said no multiple times. She insisted on drying the front two strands of my hair so i could see the colour and brushed my hair. When I went to leave the lady at the desk charged me $150 I asked about the original quote and she wouldn't let me see the slip they wrote it down on and gave to me. I am so grateful I have found my hairdresser on the coast only having moved here a year ago. From the moment you’re greeted, the whole appointment is a sensory experience. Charnie was so incredible at listening to what I wanted. My hair feels so fresh and is exactly what I was envisioning. Highly recommend this place

I am so happy with my hair. I can be fussy and Brett got it spot on. From the colour to the cut I feel and felt totally at ease in trusting him and I wasn’t wrong. It has to be the best cut and colour I have had in years and I use to travel far for a good colour and cut in Sydney, eastern suburbs and all. I feel grateful to have Brett as my hairdresser and that I have found such a wonderful salon on the coast. :)
