Will never return. The male nail tech used the dremel to remove the gel on my nails when arriving, which is fine usually soaked off or dremel is what I am used to. He then soaked my nails in polish remover and used the dremel some more to remove whatever was left. He then used his thumb nail to push back my cuticles, no tool and no soaking in water to soften. Second time here and I brought my sister. They did exactly what we both wanted! Very pleased, great service.
I had an appointment for a pedicure at 12:00 and also made one for my grandmother for her nails. I checked in and sat down. Three people walked in after me with later appointments. An employee asked everyone what they were getting and when he asked me, I stated that my appointment was at 12:00 and it was 12:20. My grandmother thankfully got her nails done but all the other people were serviced before me for both manicures and pedicures and I sat for over 30 minutes and waited while no one acknowledged me.
