The shop looks clean, the employees are nice, but the tech snatched my phone right out of my hand today. It was the most bizarre experience. She had just finished my nails and I asked if I pay her directly but she pointed me to the counter instead. I gathered my belongings, stood up to follow her to the counter, and she turned around, yanked my phone out of my hand and quickly turned to walk away from me. I have been to several nail places but this is the most care anyone has ever taken with my nails. The BEST manicure I’ve ever gotten. I will be back. Staff was super nice also
