I wanted to leave honest feedback so the owners can pay attention to the quality of their staff. I came with a very simple request: one of my gel-extended nails had cracked and needed to be properly cut and fixed. The technician charged me full price as for a brand new 1 nail extension. Instead of cutting the damaged nail, she simply poured glue into the crack and layered material on top. The inner crack remained, and the next day the entire nail fell off.
