It was my first time going to this place, scheduled a appointment with a lady named Olga at 10:30. I got to my appointment on time (10:25) she was still filing a girls's nails with no color yet. I walked in said hi to her I sat down. 10 mins passed and she was still filing her nails so I asked her if she wanted me to come back. ( a little walk in downtown does not hurt) she said 5 more mins.
