Dr. Ephraim and her staff including Lynn (medical assistant) and Miriam (physician assistant) are very welcoming and professional. Procedures are done skillfully with attention to details and minimal discomfort. Her front desk staff including Anna is very kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. I have felt comfortable and respected in this practice.
At first felt uncomfortable, but then calmed down and feel better and nice atmosphere, got answers and help that's been medically needed, Anna at reception sweet .
