I went here for over a year, getting my nails done at least every month. Me and my family are very generous tippers so I’d always tip at LEAST 20 dollars on a 100 dollar manicure. I recently found out that if I did not give my money directly to the artist that did my nails, they would not get the tip. This is completely unfair. I put up with waiting almost 40+ minutes after my appointment time started and not getting accurate designs / them being messy, over half of the time, to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. Relaxing atmosphere, amazing pedicure
Three of us got a premium pedicure together. The pedi was nice but all 3 of us had our polish come off within an hour of the service. It never dried and slid off our toenails. I took pictures but don't find a place to post them. Will definitely not go back there. Dear Nicole, we absolutely were not late for our appointment.
