I had a very negative experience with the owner, who spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner, including raising her voice and mocking me during my last visit. I understand that I am particular about my preferences, but that is the purpose of going to a salon-to receive a service tailored to the client. My requests had been accommodated for months, so the sudden change in attitude and the way it was handled was surprising and upsetting. Linda gave me the best foot massage I ever had. She pressed all my pressure points that relived so much tension all over but particularly in head. She continued with hot stones and hot towels. It was sublime, nothing like I had actually experienced before. She also didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't want as I always keep my nails healthy with sometimes take a break from polish. Thank you so very much!! I am really looking foward to my next visit. 🥰🌈💜
Sofia did a great job on my nail! Clean, fast and perfect. The hand massage at the last was also so relaxing and refreshing. So happy with the service.
