I have been coming here for so many years that Jenny has become a very sweet friend and I absolutely love them. Super friendly, very clean and professional 🥰
Nice aesthetics, service oriented, time efficient, individual sterilized tool packets, and box wine (for those who need to take it up a notch 🤭). So far I’ve been thrice and pleased each time.
I was there today and paid for a manicure with sns, and deluxe pedicure. The nail tech ruined my real thumb nail by slicing off half the top. Then after my service for my nails I got no cuticle oil or lotion. Manager for tech to apply those was 5 dollars extra. Even with a manicure??? They clearly did not do the service properly and tried to explain thier way out of it. With my pedicure the tech left polish on my cuticle. I was so disappointed.
