So disappointed! I went in with my natural long nails and they were cut way down just over the end of fingers. The tools the gentleman used were old RUSTED and dull clippers. Left my nail jagged. Did not shape or smooth my nails. Went crazy with the cuticle cutter kept poking to where I was bleeding. No new kit was used as far as files buffer and pumice. Which is required per Florida law. I went to allure nails to get a manicure and pedicure..the pedicure looks good, however the scrubber they used on my heels was previously used, the place I normally go to opens a package and gets a fresh one every time.:I really don’t want my foot scrubbed with the same one used on someone else’s foot…she did massage my calves for about 2 minutes but never touched the bottom of my feet except to quickly rub the lotion on…my manicure, which I chose gel is chipping terribly in less then a week🥺 I really wanted to love this pl... read more

I've tried 4 times to get here when they open and there is never anyone here. I've waited until 945 sometimes and still Noone. This used to be my go to nail place but no more. Plenty of other options all over.
