The techs I interacted with were very friendly and did a good job. Floor was dirty and there were candy wrappers left on the tray table adjacent to me. 1 star for how unprofessional the front desk/manager woman was. Moments after I was sat down for a pedi, the manager started interrupting, telling the tech she was supposed to go to the VIP room.
