I scheduled an appointment for 10am today. The appointment was confirmed and I also received a reminder text. When I went to the nail bar, it was closed and the place empty… no massage chairs, nail Polish, art on walls. It was bare.
This business has permanently closed. The website still lets you schedule an appointment online and even send out reminder messages and confirmations just to show up and no one is there.
I come to this salon every two weeks with my sister, and sometimes my mom joins us so we are regular, loyal customers. Tonight I asked for solid white toes with red candy cane stripes. Unfortunately, the stripes are so uneven that they look like blood dripping for Halloween, not candy canes for Christmas. I even double-checked before he started, so this result was shocking. STAY AWAY!!! These people must have lost it! I don’t know if they are charging to keep a roof because it’s empty or what. I got nails and feet polish (not gel) on a 5 and 6 year old. Each girl got a design on each hand. They charged $15 for one and $20 for the other for the design alone!!! Not including what I’m paying for the mani pedi combo. Who does that?
