Customer Service and care is very poor here. I came here on Wednesday July 16 2025. I got dipped nails (nextgen) , it started lifting within a week from the base of the nails. The job was rushed and they did not seal it properly. I came back a 10 days later (cause the previous week I was out for a trip) and told them my nails started to lift. The prices online do not match in store prices. I got one for my son and I, they were doing mine and no one did my sons even though there were several open staff members. The lady doing mine had to do mine then do my sons and they didn't even do his all the way. The work she did was the best I've had but not great experience at all.
I had an appointment with alluring nails and it wasn't until I had my feet in the water and my polish was being removed for a pedicure that the manager came over and talked to me about my "appointment" and said I didn't have an appointment after all and that's when I realized I was at the wrong salon with a similar name. I wish I would've known that before I was already having my feet worked on. This place has a low Google rating compared to the salon I meant to go to.
