I hate to leave a negative review, but this crossed a line. During a pedicure here, the technician scrubbed and massaged my legs using Dawn dish soap--yes, the actual dishwashing liquid used to cut grease off plates. When I asked what it was, she confirmed it was Dawn and then left it on my skin for several minutes. Not only was this never disclosed in advance, but it is not a skin-safe product and absolutely should not be used in a professional setting.
