Our washer and dryer were having problems so based on the outstanding reviews, gave this place a call. Glad I did. Immediate response and communication. The great communication continued via texting. They are very responsive and also prompt. When I had to reschedule, they easily accommodated our request and were very understanding. The service person showed up on time, was courteous, and fixed our problems easily. Highly recommended!

My fridge is 20 years old and was starting to cook the contents instead of cooling them. Thermador Appliance Repair was recommended by a friend and I had the same great experience he did. Ivan was able to come right away, replaced the failed fan motor, cleaned up the mess and was gone in a half-hour. A super reasonable rate and I got a receipt with a one-year guarantee.

Ivan did a great job figuring out why my 15 year old Thermador dryer would not start. He took time to go pick up a small specialized thermal sensor and installed it the same day. He also cleared a lot of lint out of a part that we could not easily reach ourselves. Very professional, warm personality, competent and affordable. 5 stars!

Ivan is terrific!! I called Monday afternoon if could check refrigerator and washer issues and he arrived next morning at 09:00. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he did the repairs in a very professional manner after explaining what needed to be done and what would cost. We now have appliances that are saving energy and money. I recommend his knowledgable services and glad to know we have someone of this caliber in the neighborhood.
