I would rate this place with zero stars if I could. PLEASE if you are considering any type of cosmetic procedure, don't let these people touch you. The owner, Dr. Charles Mok, is currently under investigation for Medicare fraud, and was raided by the FBI for selling phony Vitamin C injections as a cure for Covid. I paid $21,000 for a face lift, neck lift, lip lift and a lower eyelid lift. The surgeon didn’t do the neck lift. Untrustworthy, neglectful, deceptive, money-hungry practitioners in my opinion. I would never recommend Allure based on my experience and opinion. I’ve given them multiple chances to provided minimal medical care. I am astounded at their arrogance, deliberate misguidance and deceptive practices. In particular, NP Chelsea Collins, PA Danielle Stabley, PA Theresa LaBranche, Michelle Byars and Dr. Charles Mok in my opinion I don’t recommend. The neglect, incompetence & arrogance of PA Danielle Stanley & NP Chelsea Collins regarding hormone replacement therapy is unacceptable in my opinion. They were unable to answer very simple questions such as what dosage was I placed on, why was I prescribed something and what are possible options. Took multiple phone calls and weeks to be finally lied to and told Dr. Mok has advised their practice only prescribes “pellets: for hormone replacement therapy, no longer prescribed compounded hormone creams. I went to Allure in Shelby Township for a consultation on 5/11/21 and I walked out traumatized. I admit I was not 100% confident walking into the office about what I wanted to have done. The friendly staff were able to easily guide me into a specific action (not a good thing). I don't like my glabellar lines or my under eye bags. Horrible practice. I had testosterone replacement which completely failed. Dr. Is arrogant with a terrible bedside manner. Please, please research very carefully before spending a dime at Allure as money is their top priority and not customer satisfaction.
Danielle and Nicole did my filler and Botox treatment and I am so happy with the outcome! No bruising or downtime and the filler looks natural and makes me look 10 years younger. Over the years I had lost volume in my face and was unsure what filler I would benefit the most from. I had a consultation with Nicole and discussed what bothered me the most and what I wanted to achieve. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I have had wonderful results over the past month. Dr. Georgeson (Dr. G) has performed procedures so I no longer retain fluid in the my legs. His team: Alena, Victoria, April, Brandi, Adriana, Shalia, and Jen are very competent and professional. I am extremely pleased I chose Allure Medical to have this done.
