Update after business response: The reply mentioned a credit being offered. What was offered was the ability to apply Alle gift cards (which are specifically for Botox brand products) toward Xeomin. That is not the same as a credit or resolution. Also, signing a consent form does not waive a patient's right to know exactly what product is being injected beforehand.
