They need for patients to have direct access to call office. To actually speak to your injector or her assistant…Not always have to go through a 3rd party to ask questions about your treatment.
Ireland is a very sweet and professional nurse.
Second time getting lip filler at this location and I was out with a different injector. HOLY BRUISING. My bottom left is black and blue and I have what feels like a lump on the inside of my bottom lip. I’ve had a little bruising before but this is not ok. Really disappointed.
EDIT: Shannon and Ashley and the lady (I’m so sorry I’m bad with names!) who did my laser were amazing! Truthfully, everyone there is so kind. Have nothing negative to say about them as people! But, the more educated I’m becoming on Botox, the more I realized that except for Ashley (speaking only of injectors), I was not always heard. Ashley was always amazing and patient and even let me come back just to talk through everything. Walked out the office. This one injector each time i go to her she is so rude. She started giving her advice which wasn't ask for on my personal life. She was getting ready to inject me while bad mouthing my husband who she never met because he is from another country. I said stop I don't want nothing and I won't be back. This is very unprofessional. Besides the from my last visit of botox caused my face to be lopsided and caused more lines. Go to a better place.
