I would be VERY cautious handing over any money PRIOR to receiving a treatment. Sarah finally responded to me after almost a year of trying to get in contact with her (Instagram apparently isn’t working either but still posting on there). Sarah acknowledged her mistake and agreed to provide the refund back. It has been over a month of back and forth and then she stopped replying.
