WARNING — What a scam. We booked this Mickey Mouse company for our concert in Toronto, and everyone was hyped and ready to go. Once they didn’t show up for 30 minutes, we called them to ask what was going on. They then told us they had messed up and booked us for the day after. Extremely amateur stuff. If I could put less than 1 start I would. We booked for Thursday July 30th 2026 for a concert and they didn’t show up. Management said they would pay for our ride there if we could figure it out, whether it was an uber, taxi or party bus down to Toronto since they screwed up and didn’t show up. They also said originally our ride home would be free because of the mix up. Then they went back on their word and said we had to pay $350 to get home, and we did because we were stuck. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. I’ve been using them for over 3 years they accidently messed up a date and never showed up for our booking and charged us FULL PRICE for a ride home. I am disgusted with this company and I really hope people don’t support companies like this. Way better places; try joyride!! They are new and fabulous
We had lots of fun the ride was great limo was very clean. Good price for the service
Booked a limo for a concert last week, the limo never came. They said they would pay for our uber/taxi or if we found another party bus for our way down and that our way back was free. They completely went back on their word and made us pay for everything. We missed half the concert and they’ve been awful with customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Definitely don’t use this company if you have something important to attend.
