Jess is always amazing and so so lovely. I have very fair brows naturally but always leave feeling great with gorgeous brows. She listens to what I want and executes them beautifully every time. Will be back 🩷

I went in for a lash infill after having them done previously in Dubai. Mehrnoush told me my lashes were in terrible condition and insisted on removing them and redoing a half set, which I agreed to. However, I woke up with barely three lashes attached—it was a complete disaster. Despite this, she still charged me the full price (£50) and told me I'd need to rebook to have them done properly for an additional £80. The customer service was awful, and I will never be returning.

I used to regularly get my lashes done here (had a subscription) they cancelled on me the day before my holiday and the second time on my bday (within 2 months of each other). Due to being let down last minute on two big occasions, I asked to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They informed me my refund was put through but could take 15 working days to go back to my account. That was over 3 weeks ago, with still no refund.
