My score was low because I made an appointment on the 3rd, I drove 2hours to get to the destination, on my way there I received a call a hour before my appointment but I missed the call. No message was left nor an email, I called back a few minutes later only to reach a voice mail. I continued to my appointment in the rain and horrible LA traffic all to learn the establishment was closed during regular hours. Upsetting to say the least
I love this practice. I know Mary personally, and she is consistently genuine, attentive, and detail-oriented. Her professionalism and calm, approach makes her someone I confidently recommend. I have no doubt clients will be in great hands with her!
