Wife went there for eyebrows and they were completely misaligned. Owner blamed her for the poor placement and then tried to say she got botox which cause the misalignment. After some back and forth they agreed to a partial refund since we refused to go back for the second treatment but never refunded any of the money. Very overpriced, poor quality and unprofessional.
I LOVE Allure! I started coming here for facials to prep for my wedding and bought the membership package, which is not typically something I do. I’m very happy with my decision and I even ended up doing permanent brows. I completely trust the team and the customer service is excellent!
