Totally unreliable. They sent a nursing student with no credentials, no name badge when we requested 2 hours and the NS stated she could only stay for 20 min. Goodbye. No idea of skills. Communication is 0!! Worst home health I've ever encountered. If there were 0 stars I'd do that. .
I have been using Allure to care for my handicapped son since the end of 2020 during the pandemic. They were one of the few nursing agencies that had nurses available. Since then, they have always been able to cover every shift with professional and well-trained nurses. I have already recommended Allure to another family in need of a nursing care for a loved one and they have been pleased with their service. The CEO and staff are very accommodating and professional.
