I have been on island for almost a year— I have been searching and searching for someone to do my highlights. I even drove all the way to Honolulu, the Paul brown salon for an appointment only to be told my hair was too dark and blonde highlights wouldn’t take? Mind you, yes my natural is a dark brown but it was my natural hair not dyed dark brown— nevertheless they told me they couldn’t do my hair the way I wanted. Be prepared to pay $89.50. For a short hair cut. I first haircut was great for me. The second was totally different. The price is just way out of line. Never again.
Maya is simply an amazingly gifted stylist. I've searched for her my entire adult life, Mayas are not easily found. Worth every penny!
