Kept refusing to cut my hair like I asked for, so I got whatever haircut she was "willing to do on my fine hair". When I called back to say I am not happy, she was rude and argumentative. She told me she would ask someone else to cut my hair, but I would have to pay again. Usually places will have a policy, if you went back unhappy, they gladly fix it. Not here. Better to go someplace else for proper customer service.
It’s very hard to find someone who you can trust with your hair. I one Sheren and am just as happy and impressed with her as I was in my long term hair dresser. I highly recommend visiting her in the future!
Sheren did a fabulous job of transforming.my hair into the most beautiful colour!!! I am so happy with it! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her! Thank you Sheren for making me look 20 years younger!
