I honestly wish I could give zero stars. The experience I had was completely different from the reviews I read, and I truly regret trusting them. I paid $72 for just 20 minutes, without even getting my hair washed. The haircut was very basic and uneven, and it was clear that the stylist lacked proper skills. Kept refusing to cut my hair like I asked for, so I got whatever haircut she was "willing to do on my fine hair". When I called back to say I am not happy, she was rude and argumentative. She told me she would ask someone else to cut my hair, but I would have to pay again. Usually places will have a policy, if you went back unhappy, they gladly fix it. Not here. Better to go someplace else for proper customer service.
