A SCAM AND A RIPOFF! Paid almost $200 for rings on Groupon a month ago. They were supposed to be shipped 3 weeks ago, yet the label has never been scanned with fedex so they never even shipped it out. I have reached out several times to get no response. I have to go to my bank with my charges and my email communications to prove they won’t respond and they will be reporting them for fraud. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES ANY OF YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL ONLY STEAL IT!
Ordered a ring from Groupon 9/7 and never received due to mishandling. Customer support only replied one time to ask if I wanted reshipped and I said no I want a refund. Never heard back and still no refund or product. Their customer service is a joke. Would not recommend shopping from them.
Website was ok, but didn't like that there was no prices on items
I originally ordered my ring from SamsClub.com.I ordered my item 5/ 28 to be delivered by 6/28 the item never came, my acct was debited the ant of the ring, but I never received the package ,since then it has been a NIGHTMARE..... I have had to fight my bank, FedEx, SamsClub and this company for my money have for an item that was supposedly delivered on 7/21..... I have had to file a police report Fed Ex has a claim number for them, but I am still missing a ring or 1400.00....
