I had an appt with Rolando. He came , measured, we picked out what i wanted. He said it would be a few weeks. He then changed the date of delivery. I called several times to contact him but it was hard. We finally spoke and he asked if he could change appt til follow week as he needed to finish a job . We changed appt to following week. I called and texted several times and he never showed. He wasted my time . So unprofessional.
Rolando with Allure closets did an incredible job on my primary closets and always takes care of all my clients.
He too expensive and quality not good, very rude guy. I have 3 other companies quote me way less.
Stay away from Rolando. I am a builder and had referred him many projects, but then he disappeared with a deposit on my own personal house, and did the same to two close friends of mine. He is a thief
