Don't get tricked by the "allure" of their carpet cleaning coupons... We received one saying: "$69 / 3 Rooms + Hall or bathroom / L-shaped or rooms over 200 sq. ft. count as two rooms." We brought them over and ended up paying almost $140!!! They cleaned 3 very small rooms that cover about 500 sq. ft. and charged us extra for every step on our stairs. I have used Allure Carpet Care to clean my carpets and Furniture every 6 months for the past 2 years. The guys have always been on time, polite, and the service is outstanding. This last time I also had my tile and grout cleaned and the difference was night and day. I have recommended them to my parents and my neighbors and they have always had the same great experience as I have. If your want top notch service at honest prices this is the company I would recommend! FOUR STARS and 2 Big Thumbs up!

The worst service I’ve ever had with a cleaner. Had a 3pm appointment and the guy called at 1200pm said he had an opening at 1230pm so I said ok. At 100pm he never showed. So I called and he said he was running late so I said let’s keep the 3pm appointment. At 315pm no show. I called him and he said he would be there in an hour so I thought I would hang in there and give him a chance. 440pm no show one more hour he says.
