Her communication skills are terrible. We have been a loyal customer to her since we found out about her services, always tipped her very well and appreciated her for her services. I have been trying to reach out to her to schedule an appointment and she keeps saying she does not have any availability for even a day 2-3 weeks ahead I am trying to schedule. I check on different future, further away dates and no response. She obviously does not care about customer satisfaction and loyalty. Never going again.

My sister and I have gone to this place several times as loyal customers and liked her work. I have tried to reach out to her several times this past week and I have received no response. She has been ignoring me each time and this is not the first time. I am not sure how she favors her customers and gets back to some and does not get back to some but this person does not know how client communication and satisfaction work. We found a much better place allowing walk-ins in the same area.

I don't trust my brows to anyone else. Sejal is so accommodating and sweet. Worth the drive from my house!!
