Absolutely horrible. I paid for 5 treatments and only used 2. When I went to schedule my remaining sessions I was ignored for months and told they were closed for the season. Naturally I reached back out again come this summer. No response until now, late September. I was rudely talked to. Told me she didn't keep any records and I didn't know what I was talking about. She said they had new management and had no clue who they even were or how to contact them. I have all documentation from her to support this. If anyone knows ... read more

I scheduled an appointment but was not able to make it but I did call. The Woman I spoke to was very nice, professional and accommodating. I had no problems communicating my needs to her and she answered every question I needed to know. She was very friendly and nice. I would definitely go in to get a procedure done.
