The customer service, care, atmosphere is very pampering. Especially for when you just want to feel the warmth of beauty been given in such a genuine way. Vitalizing... Thanks to Mrs. Jackie and her husband for just a beautiful blessed environment for all to get beautified.

I have tried to give them many chances, but it's always the same result. They do good work, but every time I've booked an appointment, not once has it been honored. They always start me 30-45 minutes late. No one wants to waste time and give away an entire afternoon for something that should not consume 5 hours. Be considerate of your time and find someone/somewhere else. If you have time to throw away then this is the right place for you.
Took my son here to get a wash and retwist. I arrived on time for my appt and after sitting in the front for about 20mins I peeped my head around the corner for someone to acknowledge me. Little did I know there was 1 worker and 4 clients back there. After about 45mins my son was called to the back. It took 4 1/2 hours for my son to get a wash and a retwist smh my whole Saturday goooone. Julian was very pleasant and kind but 1 person working alone on a Saturday is bizarre.
