Been going there for 2 years. Since new owner took over, it's gone downhill. Booked an appointment for my husband to get a shave since they offer barber services now. Only to have them use a trimmer because they don't do shaves. Also, staff is always having friends and family with kids coming in for social time whenever the owner is away. Very noisy with kids crying and screaming. Not an enjoyable time. Also, they colored my hair the wrong color and the owner offered to fix it with me paying just for the supplies.
