Alexis gave me a tour she was very helpful and very informative delaine was also very sweet and helpful Michelle is doing a great job in turning the property this is my second time touring here the first time was last May and my gosh is there a difference in the property and just the vibe in the office is more welcoming. their new playground looks great. Water/hot water is turned off every other day.
!!!HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES!!! Management has not been receptive to complaints, and definitely hasn't repaired enough. The building is absolutely INFESTED with German cockroaches. There are possums living in the walls of our building. Complaints have been made to numerous agencies regarding the abundant health and safety concerns. United Apartment Group (the patent company) boasts about their $3 billion dollar portfolio, but we can't get any of these massive issues fixed.
