Paid my invoice three weeks ago, called and left 4 messages. No return calls and no product. This is not how I would describe an ethical business. Be advise before you send your money!
I purchased a ring through Live Auctioneers. The stone was out of the ring. I immediately contacted Glen Walters at Allure Antique Auction and sent photos of the stone separated from the setting. He offered $20 back on the ring to have it reset. I knew it would cost much more than that to have the stone reset in a David Yurman ring but accepted it anyway as I felt it wasn’t intentionally sent damaged.
