A+ service and products. i got my bridesmaid dress here and was VERY pleased with the service, Diana was sooo sweet and was very helpful to make sure I had the perfect fit. I will totally do business again!
i know for people who live in the lufkin area, it might seem like a huge plus not to have to drive all the way to tyler or somewhere else far off to get prom/wedding wear...but save yourself the trouble and skip going to allure!! the products are good, but the service leaves much to be desired. these women were rude to one of my bridesmaids about her size (and mind you, they're not skinny themselves), and getting my flower girl's dress was like pulling teeth. i was told for three months that the dress was on backorder, and w... read more
