Dr. Mancha made an admitted mistake while injecting Botox that caused my eyelid to drop. He tried to "correct" it with additional Botox which didn't work. I received a nonchalant apology and an offer for a $150.00 credit towards next time's service. There won't be a next time. I'm stuck looking like this for three months. Do not go there. Dr. Lam is no longer there.
