Dr. Mancha made an admitted mistake while injecting Botox that caused my eyelid to drop. He tried to "correct" it with additional Botox which didn't work. I received a nonchalant apology and an offer for a $150.00 credit towards next time's service. There won't be a next time. I'm stuck looking like this for three months. Do not go there. Dr. Lam is no longer there.
RecommendedThe staff explained the services, cost and procedure very well. My 15 year old daughter felt comfortable on proceeding with her treatment. After one treatment she could see results.

I saw Lori for a chemical peel a couple weeks ago and I really like that she listened to my past experiences with them and worked with me to find what would be best. She also took the time with me to answer a lot of questions about other procedures I may want to try in the future. The office is lovely and everyone is so nice and helpful, they've all answered countless questions from me about their services. I will definitely be driving down from Santa Fe more frequently to use their services.
