Dan is incredible. He recently and very generously gave his time and skills to fix the Sunny Coast Sleeper bus with a major mechanical issue. This bus provides the homeless community with a safe place to sleep and Dan fixed the bus and got it back on the road in a day. He even made a part that was no longer available!! The sunny coast community is so grateful.

Unfortunately the minimum is 1 star, I'd give negative rate if possible. I took my van to them to change glow plugs because they supposed to be a "diesel specialist". I was completely overcharging to do this job. When I took it out of their mechanic my van was breaking by itself and missing fire. I took back straight away to them to fix and nothing was fixed, actually what happened was completely opposite, my van has came back WORST than when it was. I've dealt with a number of automotive service organisations over the past 45 years and I like Alltype Diesel Services for a number of reasons. They were recommended to me by a trusted family friend to whom they had given great service. I needed a new water pump in my Ford Transit and experienced that great service too. We visited and have discovered it is under new management. We proceeded with a pre-roadtrip service (advising we would be away for 1 month and wanted to make sure we did not experience any major issues). Charged double the cost of previous services. During the trip one tyre exploded (not necessarily predictable) and the clutch cooked (literally a pile of ash).
